Pinamungajan is a promising agro-aqua industrial and medical tourism hub that is strategically located in the mid-west of the Province of Cebu. It can be reached via the Naga-Uling road and Carcar-Barili route.

         Our town has participated in the province's various commercial, social, and tourism activities because it is blessed with capable human resources as well as rich in natural and historical resources. These resources compelled us to go further and beyond in order to show that we can make a difference wherever we may be.

       

         The municipality of Pinamungajan was established in the 1815 under the Spanish colonial government in the country. The municipality got its name from the diligent and hardworking people, working hand in hand especially during the agricultural harvest season. "Pinamungajan", whic origanated from the Visayan word 'Pihanged to the current name of the municipality. However Pinamungalanons hard working a Bayanihan attitude in all aspect remains in the entire populace.

       

         Hidden Valley Mountain Resort - located in the mountainous Barangay of Lanamuhuan', meaning meaning a worker share for his effort during a farm harvest. Over time the Pinamuhuan eventually cmac, Pinamungajan Municipality,Cebu.Which is about 2 hours Van transportation from the city. It is remotely at the Western side of Cebu and about 8 Km Lutopan, Toledo City. It is 14 Km travel from Poblacion, Pinamungajan. Own and managed by Lamac Multi-Purpose Cooperative(LMPC),an established Cooperative in Pinamungajan, Cebu.

        When the Spanish friars established the Catholiic Church in KABUNGAHAN in1850,they renamed the place “PINAMUNGAJAN” orABUNDANT"BUNGA”.Anotheroriginofthename PINAMUNGAJAN rooted from the word PAMU-OHAN which means a worker's share in the agricultural harvest.
